I had to see a friend..

Watching the news all day yesterday got to me eventually, went out of the house yesterday, drove for a couple of hours, very depressed and frustrated, and I realized I have lost control, figured I must see a friend, called up my girl Maha who had cancelled her concert plans also because of the news. picked her up, made her listen to all I had to say about politics Arabs Muslims Media Turkey ships humanitarians[which took quite a while] and I don't think what I was saying was sensible or of meaning, but she listened anyway, then finally went for a ride and she bought me ice cream to calm me down, and it worked for a while.
